Retention Of Your Information:
We will retain your personal information with us for 10 years in customer relations management tool Pipedrive, in case you wish to terminate your personal data earlier, you should contact our data protection officer (contacts are listed below this document). 10 year rule applies to data received through following forms: contact form, sample request form and subscription form. In case we have an on-going customer/partner relationship, we do not terminate the personal data and will postpone review for another 10 years.
Recruitment and hiring process data retention rules are following. Hiring process personal data relies on contractual basis (resumee, cover letter) and by the law there is an obligation to keep the data 10 years after the end of an contract. Candidates applying through EstAgar Website have to give consent, in case they are not chosen for advertised position, if they allow Est-Agar AS to keep their personal data for future opportunities. If they chose so, personal data will be kept for 5 years in our data base. Recruitment process personal data relies on legitimate interest basis and personal data will be kept for 5 years.
We may need to retain certain information for longer periods such as record-keeping / reporting in accordance with applicable law or for other legitimate reasons like enforcement of legal rights, fraud prevention, etc. Residual anonymous information and aggregate information, neither of which identifies you (directly or indirectly), may be stored indefinitely.
